Founded in 1998, MinnOptics is located in the national-level High-tech Development District of Changzhou, Jiangsu, China. Covering an area of 35,000 m², MinnOptics has obtained system certifications including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and IATF 16949.
As a recognized High-Tech Enterprise in Jiangsu Province, MinnOptics is supported by a talented team with extensive experience and professional expertise. The company has established the Jiangsu Precision Optical Lens Engineering Technology Center and the Jiangsu Enterprise Technology Research Center, and has been granted multiple invention patents, utility model patents, and Jiangsu High-Tech Product certifications.

Our History
1998 – Established in 1998, mainly produces various types of sapphire spherical lenses.
2006 – Move to the new plant and pass the system certification of lS09001:2004.
2008 – Pass the system certification of ISO14001:2008.
2009 – Started producing 4–6 inch sapphire substrates.
2011 – Obtained 5 invention patents, 1 utility-model patent, and 3 high-tech products, and established a precision optical lens engineering technology research center.
2014 – Obtained 4 new high-tech products. Launched the development and application of ultra-smooth surface sapphire wafer semiconductor lighting technology.
2018 – Expanded the production capacity of the sapphire wafer production line, added production of glass wafers and quartz wafers, and launched an international joint R&D cooperation project for large-size ultra-thin semiconductor wafers.
2020 – New product been identified as High-tech products of Changzhou. Started producing 8–12 inch sapphire substrates.
2022 – Pass IS09001:2015, ISO14001:2015 certification review, and IATF16949:2016 system certification.
2025 – Passed IS045001:2018, ISO50001:2018 system certification and IATF16949:2016 certificate renewal audit.
